Our system is set up so orders ship as soon as possible. You may cancel the order if it has not been shipped. With the exception of Innovations, Pindler and Scalamandre backorders.
Order can ship in a couple of hours to a couple of days. It is recommended that you cancel the order on the same day if possible. All cancellation requests must be in writing via email to email@example.com.
Once the order ships, it cannot be returned for other reasons than manufacturer defect or shipping damage. For more information on our return policy, please refer to our return policy.
Occasionally, we might need to cancel your order for the following reasons:
- -Unauthorized credit card transaction
- -Item is no longer available or discontinued
- -Pricing discrepancy
- -Errors in minimum order requirements per vendor
If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be applied to your credit card.
No returns or cancellations will be accepted on any customs product or special-order items once the order is in production.
This does not apply to any made-to-order items or special production items (ordered specifically at the mill on your behalf) and pillows. Once the item enters production, we cannot cancel the order.
